Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal the following:

•Credit Card

•Debit Card

•PayPal

 

MY MUMMY'S TOY COMPANY SAVERS CLUB

A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total value of the order is due at the time of placing the order using SAVERSCLUB discount code at checkout.

The outstanding balance of 80% of the total value of the order is due within 4 or 6 months - please specify 4 or 6 months in a 'Note to Seller' when checking out.

The outstanding 80% of the total value will have a seperate PayPal invoice.

The outstanding 8-% of the total order can be paid in installments or a final lump sum.

No discounts or sale items may be used as part of the My Mummy's Toy Company Savers Club.

The order will be dispatched only once the total amount of the order has been paid.

Free postage and packaging applies - this will be refunded on the invoice for the outstanding 80% of the total value of the order.

 

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage is not included in the purchase price and will be added when you check out.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours however please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched. We post items Mondays - Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) only.

Please contact us if you require Next Day Guaranteed service.

 

To help reduce our carbon footprint, we aim to use mostly recycled packaging materials. As a result, some recycled packaging material may be from companies who do not share our philosophy, however, we feel this is a better option than sending the items to landfill.

 

All items will be securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

 

Free postage on orders over £60

All orders over £60 will be dispatched free of charge within 3-5 working days by courier.

Please ensure you give a phone number at checkout to pass on to the courier for text message notification of your delivery time.

In the case where items are returned for refund and this brings the order total below £60 a £4 postage fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

Free postage for My Mummy's Toy Company Savers Club

Free postage for all orders made via My Mummy's Toy Company Savers Club. No minimum spend applies.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

 

Mainland UK Postage £4

Sent via courier, delivery is usually 2-3 working days once items have been dispatched.

For postage of large/heavy items to islands and highlands please contact us for prices.

All orders placed between 3pm Friday and Midnight will be dispatched on Monday (although in some instances we might be able to dispatch on a Sunday).

 

Postage to Europe from £15

Sent via MyHermes, delivery is usually 7-10 working days but can take longer.

For larger/heavier items additional postage costs apply. Please contact us for more information before placing your order as additional postage costs may apply.

 

Please note that in the case of returns and exchanges that these postage charges are non-refundable.

Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred, regardless of the circumstances.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:00pm on the same day. Please allow up to 3 working days after receiving payment for your order to be dispatched.

 

If your order will be delayed for more than 5 working days we will contact you and refund payment should you wish.

If you require your item urgently please email us prior to ordering so that we can confirm delivery times. Purchase of Special Delivery is not a guarantee of next day delivery although we endeavour to achieve this.

 

Normal delivery times are within 2-3 working days for standard delivery (MyHermes) and up to 4 weeks for European Airmail. If your item has not arrived within this time frame please contact us and will provide the necessary tracking information and further support.

 

We use MyHermes which allows us to keep postage costs to a minimum. All parcels require a signature when delivered and are tracked.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us before sending any packages back to us to inform us of your intentions.

 

Should you decide you do not wish to keep an item/s purchased from us, we are happy to accept refunds provided they are returned to us within 28 days and in brand new condition with all packaging and instructions intact and in perfect condition.

 

Should the item/s show signs of use we cannot accept it as a return unless there is a fault.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition for a full refund to the value of the item, excluding postage and packaging. The cost of return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. On inspection of the goods to identify if it is a manufacturing fault we will issue an exchange or full refund. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing fault.

 

Return postage costs will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only.

 

In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from MyHermes. Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return. We strongly advise that any returns are sent to us via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7.

 

Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14-day cooling-off period. The goods must be unused and unopened or it will be deemed that you have accepted them. Postage will not be reimbursed for cancellations, all return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

 

PRICING POLICY

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. All prices quoted are in GBP and exclude postage.

If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organization, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

LEGAL

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur.

 

All product images are supplied by the manufacturer, please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and all colours are as a representative guide only. Images on our Instagram account may include the use of Instagram Filters.

 

Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
